- Matters not covered by the attached law shall be subject to the provisions of the applicable laws and regulations
- Where no special provision is made the applicable laws and regulations shall be enforced
تطبق أحكام القوانين و اللوائح المعمول بها في كل ما لم يرد فيه نص خاص في القانون المرافق
1 shall upon the recommendation of 2 issue the executive regulations implementing the present law within three months of enforcement of same

المواد المعدلة و المستحدثة وفق احكام القانون رقم 1 لسنة 2 تم ادماجها في القانون رقم 3 لسنة 4 فيما عدا المادتين 5 و 6 من القانون رقم 1 لسنة 2 فيرجع بشأنهما الى نص هذا القانون المرفق
