- Matters not covered by the attached law shall be subject to the provisions of the applicable laws and regulations
- Where no special provision is made the applicable laws and regulations shall be enforced
تطبق أحكام القوانين و اللوائح المعمول بها في كل ما لم يرد فيه نص خاص في القانون المرافق
1 shall upon the recommendation of 2 issue the executive regulations implementing the present law within three months of enforcement of same

Articles amended and introduced in accordance with the provisions of law 1/2 are incorporated in law 3/4 except for articles 5 and 6 of law 1/2 reference for which is to be made to the text of the attached law
